For purchases, standard shipping and insurance within the United States are free. Because the items that we ship are often valuable, for security reasons, all Markette Six purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. All orders are delivered by UPS or FedEx.
If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the driver will leave a door tag on your door, informing you of the delivery attempt. The driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days and then temporarily hold the package at a location near you. If you are still unavailable to sign for your package, the package will be returned to the sender. Please note that Markette Six is not responsible for unanticipated shipping delays. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, or freight forwarders.
Markette Six will not pay for or reimburse shipping and insurance costs when shipping or returning items to Markette Six.
Markette Six ships all orders outside of the United States with UPS or FedEx. We happily ship internationally to the following countries/regions: United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, European Union, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Singapore, Spain, and Switzerland.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials. For international shipments, the customer is responsible for shipping and insurance, any import duties and customs fees, and all taxes, including but not limited to goods and services taxes (GST) and value added taxes (VAT).
We will send an email notification including tracking information once your package has been shipped.
All shipments from Markette Six are fully insured and securely packed. If you are shipping an item to us, make sure to securely package your item, double box your item, and fully insure the shipment.
If purchasing within the United States, you will not have to pay sales tax.

Because our marketplace is an interaction between sellers and buyers, there is a time constraint on how long we can accept a return post-purchase. Please read the information below to learn more about our return policies and procedures.
To be eligible for return, an item must not be marked "final sale" or "non-refundable," it must have all tags still intact, and it must be in its original condition with all provided paperwork and packaging. To return an eligible item, please initiate a return authorization request within your account page. You may also initiate a return via an email to our email@example.com. A return authorization request must be made within 3 days of your receipt of your item. Once you have received your return authorization, please follow the given steps and securely ship us the items in their original condition, including any and all paperwork, tags, and packaging, and properly insure the shipment. Upon receipt of the shipment, Markette Six will re-authenticate each item to ensure the unchanged condition of the item and components. Each returned item is subject to a restocking fee of 5% of its purchase price or $500, whichever is less.

Jewelry, watches, and gemstones that are marked as “final sale" or "nonrefundable” are nonreturnable and nonrefundable. Please always check the item’s product page to verify whether it is returnable. Once we have verified that the item is in its original condition, you will receive your credit back via the original form of payment, less any fees. Please note: credit card refunds may take up to five business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and insurance fees for returns.
